Operating machinery : Driving tractors and other farm machinery, such as plows, harrows, drills, and graders
Preparing land : Mowing, disking, and preparing land for planting
Maintaining equipment : Performing regular maintenance, lubrication, and safety checks on tractors and other equipment
Making repairs : Performing minor repairs to tractors
Communicating : Discussing work with the farm manager and reporting any problems or issues
Being able to sit for long periods of time
Being able to lift up to 50 pounds
Being able to work in all weather conditions
Having good verbal communication skills
