Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Lead developing and implementing comprehensive strategic plans to drive business growth and market expansion.
- Collaborate with the executive team to define and articulate the company's vision and strategic direction.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Marketing Leadership:
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Lead the marketing team in creating innovative campaigns across various digital, print, and social media channels.
- Ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
- Brand Management:
- Strengthen and manage the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and communications.
- Develop strategies to position Unlimited Technology as an industry leader in the security systems integration sector.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of brand guidelines and standards.
- Executive and Internal Communications:
- Serve as the primary liaison for executive communications, articulating company strategies and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee internal communications to ensure alignment and engagement across all departments.
- Develop and implement communication strategies that support organizational objectives.
- Public Relations:
- Develop and manage public relations strategies to enhance the company's public image and manage media relations.
- Cultivate relationships with media outlets and industry influencers to promote company initiatives and achievements.
- Coordinate press releases, media interviews, and public statements.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MA or MBA preferred.
- Over 15 years of progressive experience in strategic marketing and communications, with significant senior leadership roles.
- Experience in the physical security systems integration industry.
- Exceptional ability to design go-to-market strategies and build successful demand-creation engines across various business sizes.
- Strong understanding of market research, data analysis, and metrics-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through change and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
