The UT Senior Account Manager in this position is a highly experienced sales professional responsible for managing key, high-value clients, driving significant revenue growth by developing and executing strategic account plans with the account program manager, fostering deep customer relationships, and overseeing complex negotiations to retain and expand business within the account.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and proactively addressing their concerns.

  • Strategic Account Planning:

Develop customized account plans with clear goals, initiatives, and tactics to maximize revenue generation and customer satisfaction within each assigned account.

  • Revenue Growth:

Identify new opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products/services within existing accounts, driving consistent revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.

  • Customer Analysis:

Analyze account performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, adjusting strategies accordingly.

  • Market Insights:

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify potential new business opportunities within existing accounts.

  • Reporting and Forecasting:

Regularly report on account performance, sales pipeline and forecast future revenue to senior management.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management and sales, within the physical security industry
  • Understanding of Enterprise accounts and process.
  • Proven track record of success in managing large, complex accounts and exceeding sales targets
  • Deep understanding of sales cycles, customer needs, and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and develop data-driven strategies
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
