About The Role
Unlock Technologies is hiring a fully remote Post-Closing Specialist. This candidate will work as part of the closing team and be responsible for all closing and post-closing tasks associated with the funding process such as preparing closing docs, coordinating the closing appointment with the title company and the customer, auditing executed closing docs for accuracy and completeness prior to funding and preparing the file for shipment to the investor.

About The Role

This candidate will work as part of the closing team and be responsible for all closing and post-closing tasks associated with the funding process such as preparing closing docs, coordinating the closing appointment with the title company and the customer, auditing executed closing docs for accuracy and completeness prior to funding and preparing the file for shipment to the investor.
What You'll Do
- Reviews investment closing requests for compliance prior to generating closing docs
- Prepares closing docs ensuring accuracy and compliance with state requirements and company policy and procedures.
- Coordinates the signing appointment with the title Company and the customer
- Thoroughly reviews the executed closing docs for accuracy and completeness and authorizes disbursement of funds.
- Effectively documents and communicates with team members and the title company on missing documentation and coordinates a resolution.
- Prepares the executed closing docs for Investor shipment
- Confirms hazard and flood insurance as appropriate prior to loan closing
- Ensures that all closing and post closing tasks have been completed
- 2 years of experience working with loans either in closing, escrow or funding
- Detail-oriented
- Strong and accurate analytical sense and ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Salary : $33 - $36
