The Executive Director will oversee the development, direction, and administration of Care Management, Social Work, Infusion, and Hospice services throughout the system and serve as the primary liaison between department directors, hospital administrators, physicians, and community resources ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with organizational goals along with timely and optimal patient placement within the continuum of care. This role focuses on quality care delivery, cost-effectiveness, and optimal team performance, without direct patient care assignments.
The Executive Director also provides strategic leadership, guiding managers and staff to achieve excellence in care delivery and operational performance, as well as overseeing the development and implementation of strategic plans, ensure fiscal responsibility through budget management, and fostering staff growth through training programs and recognition initiatives. Regular evaluations of staffing, quality assurance, and financial performance will drive continuous improvement, while innovative care systems will enhance efficiency, patient satisfaction, and quality.
This role also involves ensuring regulatory compliance, developing and implementing policies, and optimizing resource utilization to achieve effective outcomes. The Executive Director will lead patient safety initiatives, addressing risks and fostering a culture of accountability and improvement. Additionally, they will represent the organization in professional and civic engagements while contributing to hospital-wide initiatives, ensuring the organization remains competitive and aligned with its mission of delivering exceptional care.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in nursing required, DNP preferred.
- Four years of progressively responsible leadership experience directly related to care management in a complex healthcare environment.
