Detailed Responsibilities:
- HARDWARE - Assist in IT equipment repair as needed
- HARDWARE - Assist and coordinate with IT staff to provide support and planning for moving IT equipment
- HARDWARE - Maintain, service, and replace IT hardware, including the preparation and coordination of surplus equipment disposal, according to established procedures
- KNOWLEDGE - Stay abreast of new trends and innovations in the field of technology
- SHIPPING & RECEIVING - Perform a variety of shipping and receiving tasks to include pre-inventory functions; assist with regular cycle process inventory
- SHIPPING & RECEIVING - Receive and fill supply orders; stock and transport materials and supplies; ensure compliance with TJC and other regulatory agency requirements
- WORK ORDERS - Respond to HELP DESK tickets; maintain customer satisfaction and response times
- STANDARDIZATION - Participate in the Hospitals hardware and software standardization efforts as appropriate and assigned
- ASSIST - Provide assistance to IT Analysts in finding suitable resolutions to hardware and software problems
- OTHER - Perform other duties as assigned
