The Restaurant Manager will play the key role in the operation of our restaurants. The Restaurant Manager has the overall responsibility for:
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all product production.
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure serve times are met.
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Train and manage personnel
- Create and adjust food ordering to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Restaurant Management
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hands on environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
