This fusion of tradition and modernity was the breeding ground for a new and different brand, steeped in a spirit of craftsmanship and signaling exclusivity through its design and quality. The brand started out with the original and exclusive philosophy of creating only 50 units of each design, thereby supplying the trademark name. This unorthodox approach soon proved an unqualified success. Job Description
The Business Developer role is a 100% commission based with competitive incentives to generate business for UNOde50. This role will be an integral part of Travel Retail focusing on identifying and partnering with different businesses/retail. This role is a key sales position with responsibility for driving significant growth for the organization. UNOde50 will pay $10,000 per account open.
Responsibilities
- The Business Developer is expected to generate new accounts in Travel Retail.
- Develop new business relationships with key decision-makers while identifying potential customers and developing a business plan to reach them.
- Establish key partnerships by using their networks and contacts in the Travel Retail industry.
- Ensure execution of the developed sales strategies, objectives, goals, and targeted revenue generation by partnering with key retailers and establishments in the industry.
- Have extensive knowledge of the company’s products and know in-depth features and benefits of each compared to the competition.
- Prepare professional sales presentations for each account.
- Gain knowledge of customers’ business operations and coordinate multiple and diverse options for selling the company’s products to each.
Role requirements
- Possess drive, motivation, and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities are captured and explored.
- Established working relationships with key accounts.
- The ability to make smart business decisions based on growing sales, profitability, and market shares.
- Travel if necessary to generate business.
- Proven track record of successful selling in Travel Retail.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and objection-handling skills.
- Persuasive public speaking and presentation skills and the ability to close deals.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Brand building and outside sales experience is preferred.
- Computer skills to include Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT a must).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule depending upon the needs of customers.
