We are looking for a fast-paced customer-oriented representative for our Jeep rental company. The representative will work in tandem with other dedicated staff as a liaison between the cruise lines and customers. They will provide trip information, explain the digital guide, and assist customers as needed. The best representatives are genuinely excited to help people and can handle communication efficiently with several groups at once. They are confident troubleshooters and aim to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers at cruise docks for Jeep pick-up
- Educate customers on the digital guide used for navigation during the trip
- Assist with daily set up: ensure the vehicles are clean, vacuumed, and fueled prior to every departure
- Help answer incoming phone calls from customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction upon return
Skills
- Proven customer support experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree
- Clean driving record
- Basic understanding of iPad usage
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
