Key Responsibilities : Client Consultation : Understand clients’ preferences, travel goals, and budget through detailed discussions.
Custom Travel Itineraries : Design personalized travel itineraries based on client needs, including destinations, accommodations, activities, and dining options.
Bookings : Arrange flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and other services necessary for the trip. Expert Destination Knowledge : Provide clients with expert recommendations on destinations, including local attractions, cultural experiences, and must-see spots.
Travel Support : Offer real-time assistance to clients throughout their journey to resolve any travel issues that may arise.
Luxury & Group Travel : Specialize in handling luxury travel arrangements or group travel coordination for events, weddings, and corporate trips.
Travel Documentation : Assist with obtaining travel insurance, and other necessary travel documents. Market Research : Keep up with travel trends, new destinations, and industry changes to offer clients the latest insights.
