Job Overview : As a Remote Entry-Level Travel Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking to book and plan their vacations, business trips, or weekend getaways. You’ll provide excellent customer service, offer expert advice, and use your knowledge of destinations, accommodations, and travel products to assist clients in crafting their perfect trips. Responsibilities : Assist clients with travel planning, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and activities. Research and recommend destinations, attractions, and experiences based on client preferences. Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and offering personalized travel solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, promotions, and destination offerings. Communicate with vendors, airlines, and hotels to secure reservations and ensure client satisfaction. Handle client cancellations, changes, and special requests with professionalism and care. Maintain and manage client relationships through follow-ups and ongoing support throughout their travel journey. Qualifications : Passion for travel and helping others create unforgettable experiences. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Proficiency with technology, including email, video conferencing, and travel booking platforms (training will be provided). A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required. Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus) : Knowledge of popular travel destinations and products. Basic knowledge of travel insurance, visas, and passport requirements.
