Carpenter / Wood Worker

Unrivaled is looking for a Carpenter / Wood Worker to join our Ogden production team. If you thrive on craftsmanship, enjoy working with your hands, and take pride in building high-quality products, this might be your perfect fit.

This in-person role is all about creating exceptional results through teamwork, precision, and dedication. You’ll work closely with a dynamic team to craft custom pieces that exceed client expectations while continuously learning new skills and techniques.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Crafting Specialist: Cut, fasten, glue, and paint various materials with precision and care.
• Detail Perfectionist: Trim, sand, and router edges and surfaces to achieve flawless finishes.
• Master Assembler: Combine parts to produce products that align perfectly with build drawings.
• Finish Expert: Apply paints, stains, and laminates to enhance the aesthetic of projects.
• Efficiency Planner: Plan and prepare for tasks, minimizing waste and maximizing output.
• Team Collaborator: Lend a helping hand when needed to ensure team success and project completion.
• Safety Advocate: Use shop tools and equipment responsibly while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2 years of woodworking, carpentry, or related experience.
• Familiarity with power tools, pneumatic tools, adhesives, and woodworking materials.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality craftsmanship.
• Initiative to identify tasks, create efficient plans, and execute them with minimal direction.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn from and support others.
• Personality: Passionate about building and problem-solving.
• Takes pride in delivering top-notch results and exceeding client expectations.
• Proactive, reliable, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Eagernessness to build, organize and even clean when the time calls for it.
