We are looking for an efficient and high-energy F&B Support Person to join our team. This role serves a food runner, bar back, and general service assistant. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience in the hospitality industry, enjoys working in a busy bar & patio environment and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively. A successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and the ability to act as an ambassador for our brand. Unscripted Durham falls under the Hyatt umbrella and offers all of the perks of being a part of a corporate hotel group, while still encouraging and appreciating individualism and creativity.

Responsibilities:

• Be personable, energetic, responsible, and positive.
• Maintain well stocked service area.
• Run food to tables and accurately describe dishes
• Provide support to bar team on weekend nights.
• Maintain clean and organized bar and service areas.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Be knowledgeable about standard operating procedures.
• Work confidently and respectfully in a team environment
• Respond to situations with a sense of urgency

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $125.00 - $250.00 per day
