homelessness, domestic violence, substance addiction and human trafficking. Our mission is

As a Career Coach you will be responsible for providing individual career development to the clients of UNSHAKEABLE. In this position you will manage client relationships, identify barriers to employment, and assist with employment strategies to prepare each client for career placement.
Essential Job Functions
· Perform individual career development sessions with clients that will include barrier removal, skill assessment, identification of career interests, and personal career counseling.
· Provide resume review and writing.
· Train clients on business etiquette, interview skills, and interview preparation.
· Serve as a resource for clients as they navigate full-time employment and any trauma-based triggers it may induce.
· Identify businesses in client’s fields of interest and makes introductions to secure career chats and job shadowing experiences.
· Advocate and promote UNSHAKEABLE as an ambassador of the organization by sharing success stories with professional networks and business alliance partners.
Job Duties
· Attend all classes to meet new clients, trainings, staff meetings, etc.
· Respond to client questions in a timely manner to ensure concerns are addressed promptly.
· Maintain proper emotional boundaries and appropriate professional relationships with all clients.
· Identify barriers to employment and assess steps required to remove those barriers.
· Provide interview prep and help formulate answers to difficult questions.
· Coordinates career chats and job shadowing experiences and ensure client’s on-time arrival, active participation, and a thank you is sent after.
· Maintains accurate and complete records into case management system.
Qualifications
· Minimum of 4 years of consistent work experience in any of the following will be considered: sales, case management, or talent acquisitions.
· A self-starter with ability to create a plan and execute with limited oversight.
· Must demonstrate sound judgment, initiative, and good decision-making skills.
· Must present a friendly and welcoming demeanor with a passion to help broken women heal.
· Strong computer, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
· Demonstrated experience in resume development and interviewing required.
· Available to work flexible hours to address client needs and availability in a timely manner.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
