Responsibilities
- Canvassing neighborhoods going door to door to identify and approach potential residential homeowner customers
- Making residential homeowner customers aware of the utility rate increases to close deals and meet or exceed sales goals
- Provide regular feedback and insights to management to help improve and refine our sales strategy
- Drivers license and reliable means of transportation
- Experience in door-to-door sales is highly preferred
- Knowledge of solar energy and construction industries is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
