Solar Project Manager

Mission:
Ensure accurate communication, timely pay processing, data management, and pipeline efficiency to support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Pay Management: Process and review paysheets, resolve discrepancies, manage funding issues, and update financial records in the CRM.
• Representative Communication: Address rep inquiries, set response expectations, and escalate unresolved issues to management.
• Pipeline Management: Move accounts efficiently, resolve delinquent accounts, and address recurring issues.
• Install Coordination: Track and manage installation goals, resolve blockers, and ensure alignment with installers.
• Escalation Handling: Proactively manage and escalate issues while balancing company and installer priorities.
• Data Management: Maintain and update CRM, team rosters, and pay matrices accurately and on schedule.

Weekly Tasks:

• Process and deliver paysheets.
• Address pipeline and installation barriers.
• Update CRM and team data.
• Communicate with reps and resolve escalations.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and data tools.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
