About the Role
As Untitled's dedicated Customer Success Manager, this is a high-impact role with visibility across the company and will work closely with the founding team. You'll be the key to customer onboarding, working directly with our customers to ensure they’re getting maximum value from Untitled.
Responsibilities & Your Day to Day
- Lead the charge in onboarding new customers, guiding them through implementation and best practices, laying a foundation for success
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, ensuring they're finding success and results
- Deliver ongoing product education and best practices to help customers achieve results
- Monitor account health, proactively resolve issues, and partner with sales on renewals and expansions
- Help construct a strong customer feedback loop with sales and product to drive feature creation and adoption
- Collaborate with marketing and product on case studies, testimonials, customer stories and our knowledge base
- Assist in building internal playbooks, templates, and support systems to help scale customer success as we grow
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of experience in a customer success, solutions, or onboarding role at a SaaS company
- Proven track record of client retention
- Comfortable working in common sales, marketing and other tools (HubSpot, Jira, Zapier)
- Strong project management and communication skills—you're organized, proactive, and clear
- A consultative mindset, you know how to ask the right questions to uncover customer goals and can translate them into actionable steps
- Marketing curiosity—you don't need to create campaigns, but you're excited about digging into how Untitled can drive advertising results
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy building processes from the ground up
Bonus Points
- Experience in martech, adtech, or ecommerce
- Familiarity with reverse ETL, CDPs, or performance marketing tools
- Background in account expansion, upsell, or driving product adoption
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business administration
