We're Hiring: Senior Interior Designer

This role requires the ability to multi-task, lead, and successfully execute across a broad spectrum of responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and assist in various project types through all phases, from concept design to project completion
- Conduct and lead client meetings, serving as the primary point of contact
- Develop and execute innovative interior design solutions that align with project goals
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants
- Oversee FF&E selection, procurement, and material research
- Prepare and present design concepts, mood boards, and construction documentation
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deadlines
- Conduct site visits and assist in construction administration
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field from an accredited program
- 5-8 years of professional interior design experience
- Strong conceptual and technical design skills
- Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, and Office Suite (Required); Grasshopper and Rhino (Preferred)
- Experience in FF&E selection, space planning, and material sourcing
- Ability to think critically, challenge conventions, and contribute to the innovation and collaborative spirit of the firm
- Passion for creating meaningful, responsible, and forward-thinking design solutions
