Branch Facility Manager-Pasco, WA

Principal Functions of the Position:

This position will oversee the day-to-day operations of regional distribution and the inside sales facility. Multiple responsibilities include: inside sales duties, shipping and receiving, data input, coordinating inventory and stocking levels, and product assembly.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and needs.
• Manage inventory levels to meet the needs of service parts and wheel product requirements.
• Provide daily telephone support functions for incoming sales calls.
• Provide daily face-to-face support for sales.
• Print and key off daily shipments.
• Provide daily data entry and document filing of shipments.
• Pull part/wheel orders for daily shipments.
• Pull daily UPS & LTL orders from warehouse inventory.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
• Perform daily/weekly cleaning and housekeeping in the office and warehouse.
• Train, supervise, and appraise staff.
• Manage the resources and staff, deliver customer service, and grow the location’s revenues.
• Oversee the performance of employees at the location/branch.
• Delegate tasks to employees.
• Oversee building and equipment maintenance.
• Monitor expenses of the branch.
• Inside sales duties.
• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
• Stay abreast of competing markets.
• Assist in product assembly.

Physical Demand:

Pre- Requisitions:

• Prefer an individual with Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agribusiness, or other related field of study. However, candidates with an Associate’s degree with 2-3 years of applicable work experience in a related position can substitute their work experience and on-the-job training in lieu of the advanced education requirements.
