Position Overview :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Staff Accountant to support our growing finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, including processing accounts payable, reviewing and approving expense reports, reconciling corporate credit cards, and processing payroll. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in our financial processes.
The ideal candidate has experience with NetSuite and Airbase, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable working across multiple subsidiaries and revenue streams. If you enjoy a hands-on role in a dynamic company and have a strong eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Process and manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payments and accurate records.
- Reconcile Amex corporate cards and expense reimbursement requests for compliance and proper coding; work with employees to submit in a timely manner to support month-end close.
- Process payroll for all subsidiaries accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate records and support internal accounting controls.
