Position Summary
LINQ is looking for a Client Services Specialist to be part of our growing team. Ideal candidates thrive in a challenging but rewarding customer focused environment, are tech savvy (we manage mobile phones and devices) and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. In this role, Client Services Specialists are the first point of contact for our clients to support and resolve mobile phone issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Support current client base through exceptional customer service, absorb training and implement correct procedures to respond to clients’ needs
- Research and resolve incoming tickets from clients and respond in a timely professional manner to meet KPIs
- Develop and maintain quality client relationships with an assigned client group with the ability to support other client groups as needed
- Process customer orders, returns, activations, swaps, and feature additions/removals
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center
- Technical aptitude
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Impeccable communication skills over the phone and through written correspondence
- Team player mentality with the ability to be self -accountable
- Salesforce experience a plus
