About the Role: 

The Executive Operations Analyst supports the Chief of Staff and CEO by providing data-driven insights, assisting in the execution of strategic projects, and ensuring smooth communication and coordination across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about contributing to high-level strategic outcomes. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Research and Analysis: 
    • Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitors, and internal data to support strategic decision-making. 
    • Provide analysis and recommendations on operational and strategic initiatives. 
  • Project Support: 
    • Assist the Chief of Staff in planning, coordinating, and tracking progress on key projects and initiatives. 
    • Monitor deadlines, prepare updates, and ensure deliverables are met. 
  • Meeting Preparation: 
    • Prepare materials, presentations, and reports for executive meetings and discussions. 
    • Capture meeting notes, track follow-ups, and ensure alignment on action items. 
  • Communication and Coordination: 
    • Act as a point of contact for cross-functional teams to gather information, align on timelines, and share updates with the Chief of Staff. 
    • Help ensure consistent and clear communication across departments. 
  • Operational Efficiency: 
    • Identify areas for process improvement and support the implementation of solutions. 
    • Maintain organized documentation and tracking systems for the Office of the CEO. 
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: 
    • Assist with any other tasks or projects as required by the Chief of Staff to support the CEO and broader organizational goals. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. 
  • 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, project management, or a similar role. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in e-commerce, consumer goods, or a related industry. 
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively.
