Job Description :
- Work in a 32-bed unit with patient ratios of 1-5 or 1-6.
- Provide care for mixed acuity patients, including med surg, post-surgical, and orthopedic patients.
- Participate as a team player and support floating to other mixed acuity floors if required.
- Adhere to the dress code with galaxy blue scrub tops and galaxy blue or black pants.
- Work weekends every third week; no call requirements.
- Use Cerner EMR system and standard hospital equipment.
- Provide compassionate care and communicate effectively with patients and team members.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
