Job Description :
- Work in a 25-bed unit specializing in Stroke and Neuro care, ensuring patient safety and quality care.
- Manage patient ratios of 1 : 5 effectively using telemetry monitoring equipment.
- Document patient information using Cerner EMR system.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, demonstrating a team player attitude and flexibility.
- Float between mixed acuity units as necessary.
- Adhere to dress code with Galaxy Blue or Black scrub pants and Galaxy Blue scrub top; matching scrub jacket required.
- Commit to working every other weekend without on-call requirements.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and maintain a positive attitude in fast-paced environments.
- Preferred to have ACLS certification for enhanced patient care capabilities.
