Shift Options: Full Time 7pm-7am
Responsibilities
Job Summary
As a Rehabilitation RN, you will collaborate daily with physicians, therapists, and case managers to achieve the best outcome for patients who have experienced life altering events. In this role you will ensure appropriate plans of care are developed and implemented to meet patient needs for rehabilitation.
Area of Focus
- Working with patients who are receiving rehab for the following reasons:
- Stroke
- Brain injuries
- Pulmonary Hypertension
- Brain Tumor or Cancer
- Patients could also have trachs, feed tubes, VAD or need wound care
Qualifications
Job Requirements
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kentucky Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date.
- BLS required from American Heart Association.
- Associate degree from accredited nursing program
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from accredited nursing program
