Photographer, Brooklyn, NY
UOVO Fashion, the premier storage and services provider for fashion, seeks a Photographer to join its dynamic and growing team. Based in Brooklyn, NY this Independent Contractor will be responsible for photographing garments and accessories in our in-house studios.
Core Responsibilities
- Responsible for following & maintaining all photo studio protocols
- Photographing garments and accessories in our in-house studios
- Digital processing of images in Adobe Photoshop and Bridge
- Uploading images to UOVO Fashion database
- Troubleshooting photography equipment and other related technical issues
- Occasional need to lift, squat, bend, kneel, crouch, twist, ability to pull/push 150 pounds on a dolly or a cart or 50 lbs unaided.
- 1-3 Years of professional photography experience, preferably in fashion and/or product.
- Exemplary knowledge of technical photography equipment including Canon cameras, lights, and grip.
- Demonstrated ability to style apparel on mannequins and tabletop sets with excellent attention to detail.
- A high level of proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge & Tethered Photography.
- Ability to prioritize projects while maintaining consistent quality standards & studio protocols
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
