Position Summary :
As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for curating and managing tailored wine solutions for wine collectors throughout the globe. This hospitality-driven, relationship-focused role requires an understanding of the fine wine industry, as well as expertise in sales and exemplary client service. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients expand, move, or strategically deplete their wine collections based on their evolving needs.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with discerning clientele, providing tailored recommendations, and overseeing logistics related to wine new purchases and within their storage accounts. With a consultative approach, you will leverage the wide range of services offered by UOVO Wine, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience that drives satisfaction and retention.

Physical Requirements :
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Requires finger and wrist manipulation more than 90% of the time
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
Travel Requirements :
Hybrid role no less than 3 days in the office per week
Occasional local or regional travel may be required
Education, Experience, and / or Certifications
Required :
Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
A minimum of 3 years in a hospitality-oriented role or 5 years combined in hospitality, wine, and / or sales
Preferred :
3-5 years in a customer service role
3-5 years of experience with fine wine
Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary point of contact for all client service requests in-house at UOVO Napa.
Act as a service and sales-driven liaison between our clients and the operations, logistics, and advisory teams.
Develop personalized solutions to exceed client expectations, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with a deep passion and understanding of fine wine.
Focus on client retention and engagement to foster long-term relationships.
Report directly to the CRO, with future reporting to the Director of Account Management.
Meticulous digital record keeping of client data, preferences, and
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all client interactions.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to special projects.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Compensation Details
Salary commensurate with experience.
