United Prairie Bank is hiring an SBA Banker. This position is full-time, Monday – Friday. This position is remote, with the requirement that the candidate reside in Minnesota.
Job Overview:
As an SBA Banker you will develop and structure Small Business Administration (SBA) government-guaranteed loans and lines of credit to eligible business customers. In this role you will collect information for loan applications and gather financial information, analyze/underwrite loan requests; recommend credit action and prepare and make presentations to loan committee for approval.
Annual Compensation Range: $84,000-$130,000. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.
Qualifications for this Opportunity:
• High school diploma or GED (Required)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance required
• 3 years of SBA 7(a) lending required
• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
• Problem solving skills to find effective solutions.
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members.
