Under the direction of the Community Manager, the Leasing and Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in meeting occupancy goals, mentoring a team of leasing professionals, and curating engaging marketing campaigns. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve property leasing and occupancy goals through innovative strategies and team leadership
- Manage and mentor leasing professionals, community assistants, and brand ambassadors
- Plan and implement engaging resident renewal events and outreach efforts
- Conduct tours and convert prospects through calls, emails, texts, and inperson engagements
- Ensure consistency in sales practices, followups, and fair housing compliance
- Monitor the leasing tracker and Entrata dashboards to manage leads, leases, and goals
- Analyze and report on marketing and leasing metrics weekly, monthly, and quarterly
- Coordinate roommate matching and provide an excellent movein experience
- Oversee marketing initiatives including digital campaigns, print materials, and event planning
- Partner with student organizations, local businesses, and the university community to build brand awareness and generate leads
- Lead social media strategy and content planning to drive traffic and engagement
- Lead and develop a highperforming team of leasing staff and ambassadors
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations
- Foster a fun, energetic office culture that motivates the team to hit their goals
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in student housing leasing and marketing
- 1 year of leaseup experience for a new development or a large student housing property (600 beds)
- Strong network within the local student market, Greek life, or campus orgs
- Experience using Entrata or similar property management systems
- Digital marketing and social media expertise
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating both Windows and Apple platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership and motivational skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced setting
