## Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Christ, working with children, and assisting in educational activities.
## Duties
- Support the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities
- Assist in creating a safe and nurturing learning environment for students
- Provide one-on-one help to students as needed
- Help with classroom management and organization
- Supervise children during activities and playtime
## Experience
### Required Skills:
- Classroom experience
- Early childhood education knowledge
- Experience working with children
- Childcare or toddler care background
### Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Ability to educate and engage students effectively
- Experience in preschool, infant care, or nannying
- Previous experience working with students
