Up Closets Of Memphis, a leading provider of custom closet solutions is seeking a skilled closet installer to join our team. We are looking for someone passionate about creating functional and beautiful spaces that meet each client's unique needs.

Requirements:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in closet installations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
• Ability to express Leadership Aptitude
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational or technical training in carpentry or a related field preferred
• Experience with custom carpentry and cabinetry a plus
  
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Install custom closet systems in clients' homes or businesses according to design specifications
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Ensure timely arrival to job site
• Ensure the highest quality and efficiency standards and practices at all times
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the installation process
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Lead through being the example and healthy collaboration with team members to ensure timely completion & quality of projects
• Problem solve and be the subject matter expert for the install team
• Follow company policies and procedures related to installation and customer service
