UP Excellence Academy is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Enrollment Specialist to join our team. This position plays a critical role in supporting families throughout the enrollment process, ensuring an exceptional experience while contributing to the schools growth goals. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (Spanish preferred), possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and use data-driven insights to refine processes and achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Engagement :
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families, providing comprehensive information about UP Excellence Academys mission, programs, and enrollment procedures.
Manage the enrollment funnel, including inquiries, application follow-up, tour scheduling, and registration completion.
Monitor and analyze enrollment metrics to evaluate recruitment funnel effectiveness and inform strategy adjustments.
Work closely with the marketing and outreach teams to align efforts and refine recruitment strategies.
