Job Description:
UP Excellence Academy is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Enrollment Specialist to join our team. This position plays a critical role in supporting families throughout the enrollment process, ensuring an exceptional experience while contributing to the school’s growth goals. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (Spanish preferred), possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and use data-driven insights to refine processes and achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families, providing comprehensive information about UP Excellence Academy’s mission, programs, and enrollment procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families through consistent, personalized follow-up via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Conduct campus tours and host information sessions, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive experience for all families.
- Recruitment Process Management:
- Manage the enrollment funnel, including inquiries, application follow-up, tour scheduling, and registration completion.
- Track and document all interactions with prospective families using the school’s CRM or enrollment management system.
- Conduct surveys to gather feedback and improve the overall enrollment experience.
- Data and Metrics Tracking:
- Monitor and analyze enrollment metrics to evaluate recruitment funnel effectiveness and inform strategy adjustments.
- Use data to assess campaign outcomes, outreach efforts, and follow-up techniques, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Provide regular reports to leadership on progress toward enrollment targets.
- Collaboration and Process Improvement:
- Work closely with the marketing and outreach teams to align efforts and refine recruitment strategies.
- Participate in community events and outreach initiatives to promote the academy and attract new families.
- Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within the enrollment process and propose actionable solutions.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in customer service with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English) to effectively support our diverse community.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM systems, enrollment platforms, or other data management tools is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on process efficiency and continuous improvement.
