Primary Job Functions :
- Content Creation : Develop engaging, creative content (e.g., photos, videos, captions) that captures classroom activities, projects, events, and highlights of student entrepreneurial endeavors.
- Social Media Management : Manage the Academy's social media platforms by scheduling and publishing posts that align with the school's communication goals.
- Visual Storytelling : Attend classes and events to document experiential learning moments, ensuring transparency and showcasing the innovative work happening within the school.
- Community Engagement : Respond to comments, messages, and interactions on social media to build an engaged online community.
- Collaboration : Work closely with teachers, staff, and leadership to gather stories and insights that resonate with both internal and external audiences.
- Analytics and Reporting : Track social media performance metrics to assess engagement levels and refine content strategies for optimal impact.
- Support Marketing Campaigns : Assist with newsletters, website updates, and other marketing initiatives that align with the school's brand and outreach goals.
