Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Teacher (5th-6th) located in Houston, TX. The Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing lesson plans, conducting daily instruction, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive learning environment. Other responsibilities include collaborating with other educators, participating in professional development, and engaging with parents and guardians to support student growth. The Teacher will also oversee classroom management and contribute to the school community through various activities and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Lesson Planning and Education skills
- Teaching and Training experience preferred
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to create a positive learning environment
- Experience in working with diverse learning needs is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
- State teaching certification is required or you must be enrolled in a program prior to the start of the 2025-2026 school year.
