Clinic MA/CMA - Internal Medicine Clinic

As a Medical Assistant (MA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) in our Internal Medicine Clinic, you will be an important member of the team that will be relied upon to maintain accurate records and assist patients and staff with a friendly and helpful spirit. You will be responsible for providing high quality, professional and compassionate patient care. The ideal candidate will be an organized and energetic team player.

• Demonstrates proficiency in verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels; both internal and external

Position Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Successful completion of Medical Assistant program required

Current CMA certification required OR
Certified Nursing Assistant’s (CNA) are welcome to apply and must successfully complete the Medical Assistant Program within 4 months of employment start date.  Tuition assistance is available for training and examination expenses.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (available upon hire)

Annual influenza vaccination or declination required
