As the HME Supervisor, you will provide professional services to Home Medical Equipment customers, including fitting, refitting, custom measurement for stockings, education, billing, collection of co-insurance/deductibles, and ensure patient satisfaction. You will also be responsible for training HME support staff, ensuring compliance with Medicare accreditations and all insurance requirements. Additionally, as the Supervisor you will verify insurances, obtain prior authorizations, collect payments and educate patients on insurance plans and provisions.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and be computer savvy.
- Well organized, excellent phone/email etiquette and communication skills.
Position Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Associates degree preferred
Knowledge of retail pharmacy with emphasis on third party reimbursement preferred
Minimum of 3 years of customer service required
Minimum of 2 years of commercial billing preferred
Knowledge of basic financial accounting in an office setting preferred
Annual influenza vaccination or declination required

1.0 FTE (exempt, 40 hours per week)
