As the Rehab Supervisor, you will provide and coordinate care for our therapy patients while identifying and resolving issues affecting the delivery of clinical services. In this role, you will serve as a resource to staff and external contacts on issues related to patient care, patient flow and clinical standards, policies and procedures. Additionally, you will coordinate and participate in staff scheduling, orientation, educational/development activities and performance evaluations.

Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
Master's or Doctorate degree preferred
Current State of Michigan PT, OT or SLP license required
Minimum of two years’ experience as a clinician in a health care environment required
Minimum of three years supervisory experience preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) required (available upon hire)
Annual influenza vaccination or declination required
Position Details:
Weekdays primarily with occasional weekend rotation if PT
Weekdays primarily with occasional holiday rotation if SLP or OT
