Up North Plastics, Inc. a leading plastics manufacturer has an immediate opening for a Gate Attendant at its Cottage Grove, MN location on our Mon-Fri 3PM-11PM shift. A successful candidate requires the ability to operate a computer and communicate well with others.
***Starting Pay: $17.00 ***
- Individual should possess excellent communication skills.
- Individual should possess strong computer skills
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record check
- Shipment scaling and releasing via computer entry.
- Register all visitors properly and ensure they are sent to proper departments.
- Patrol grounds on foot as well as in a company vehicle as needed.
- Contact police or fire departments in event of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons
- Provide coverage for other gate attendants as needed.
- Complete daily report.
- Communicate with your relief to ensure smooth shift transition.
