Assembly Role
Location: Shreveport / Bossier City (Must live within an hour of Shreveport)
Pay Rate: $18 / hour
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - Must have a good attitude and eager to learn/work. Will be trained 100%.

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Assemblers. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in our production process!

Shifts Available:
- Weekend AM Shift: Friday - Sunday, 5am - 5:30pm ($2.50 shift diff.)
Contractors will need to train for 3 weeks on the weekday AM shift (Mon - Thurs, 7:30am - 5:30pm before moving to the weekend AM shift)-
Weekday AM Shift: Monday - Thursday, 7:30am - 5:30pm
Projected Start Date: May 19, 2025
Job Summary:
The Assembly and Test Operator is responsible for assembling and testing products, and for troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble components of all products, selecting the correct tools and fixtures.
- Test assembled products. Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with the assembly and testing of products.
- Read blueprints; identify components; use pertinent tools and rework techniques; operate equipment, dimensioning and setting tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies.
- Ensure good housekeeping within own work area.
- Take personal responsibility for safety and adhere to relating Risk Assessments.
- Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.
- Manufacturing data centers and components of it.
- Various Assembly lines assembling different components (bending wires, measuring, electrical and mechanical assembly).
Qualifications and Experience:
- High school diploma, General Educational Development (GED), or related experience.
- Must be mechanically inclined able to use a variety of hand and power tools.
- Experience working with assembly related operations or equivalent preferred.
- Must be able to stand up to 8 hours.
