What Youβll Do:
β Provide top-tier service to clients, exceeding expectations at every turn
β Quote and process new and renewal business with accuracy and efficiency
β Act as a trusted advisor, managing personal lines accounts and ensuring seamless client experiences
β Collaborate with insurance carrier underwriters and marketing reps
What Weβre Looking For:
βοΈ At least 1 year of customer service or account management experience (insurance experience preferred)
βοΈ Strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients
βοΈ Tech-savvy with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other online platforms
