Frac Operator

Hiring Frac Operators in Morgantown, WV!

Starting Pay: 21 $/ hour DOE.

Per diem: Additional rate of $25 or $30 per hour.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of field experience as a Frac Operator.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 tickets in the last 3 years.
• No Felony convictions within the past 10 years.
• Reliable transportation to the job site (note: no travel pay or company truck provided; candidates must arrange their own transport)

Job Details:

• Rotation: 14 days on, 7 days off (starting on Tuesdays).
• Work Hours: Approximately 12-16 hour days, totaling 70-100 hours per week.
• Accommodation: Options include mancamp or hotels (arrangements might involve shared accommodations).

Additional Requirement:

• All candidates must attend an in-person interview.

Rotation: 20 / 10

Flights and housing provided when on rotation

Education Requirements:
High School Diploma / GED
