Job Title: Frac Operator
Location: Williston, North Dakota
Compensation: $18/hr with significant overtime potential
Schedule: 14 days on, 7 days off; typically 16-17 hour days

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Frac Operators to join our team in Williston, ND. This role is crucial for the efficient execution of fracturing operations and requires a high level of expertise and stamina due to the long working hours and demanding nature of the job.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain equipment used in hydraulic fracturing operations.
- Monitor operations and ensure that standards of safety, quality, and efficiency are met.
- Work closely with other crew members to prepare equipment and site for operation.
- Execute tasks according to operational plans and scheduled well services.
- Comply with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Report equipment conditions and, when necessary, coordinate maintenance or repair.
- Manage job-related documentation and online reporting through company-provided technology.
Requirements:
- Mandatory Experience: Must have prior experience in hydraulic fracturing operations. This requirement is essential, and no exceptions will be made.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work long hours under physically demanding conditions.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel to and stay in Williston, ND for rotational work schedule.
Preferred:
- Local candidates in North Dakota or those who can easily travel to the Williston area.
