We are looking for people who are willing to learn the art of professional window cleaning. We are very open to hiring experienced window cleaners as well.
We handpick our team based on their chill factor and train for the rest. No experience is required—just the right attitude and a love for working outdoors.
Were you an athlete or a former scout? Do you enjoy hiking, camping, or rock climbing on the weekends? If yes, we know you have the discipline, strength, and attitude we love working with.
You will need to be able to lift up to 50lbs and team lift heavier items like ladders and other equipment.
Must not be afraid to get wet, although we don't plan on anyone getting sopping wet, an occasional splash here and there can happen.
If you are not comfortable climbing at least a 10 foot ladder, this position won't be a good fit for you.
There are both Men and Woman super star window cleaners out there, so we are looking for the next generation of window cleaning Ninjas.

Responsibilities
- Perform window cleaning services for residential and commercial clients.
- Utilize appropriate tools and techniques to ensure streak-free results.
- Maintain safety standards while working at heights using equipment such as ladders and other lifts.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are used efficiently and responsibly.
- Report any damages or issues observed during cleaning to management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in window cleaning or related fields is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to operate scissor lifts safely is a plus.
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients.
- Physical stamina and ability to work at heights.
