Job Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for the development and financial activities of assigned projects across multiple locations. They will work with various stakeholders to take developments from the concept phase to fully operational.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Oversee acquisition, financing, and design activities on assigned projects.
• Secure financing and subsidies from various sources to fund development activities.
• Oversee development projects from financial closing to active construction.
• Act as a community liaison by establishing and fostering relationships with local, county, and state partners.
• Provide routine underwriting analysis and audits to ensure financial health of assigned projects in the pipeline.
• Manage project budgets and schedules.
• Maintain and nurture external relationships with a variety of partnerships.
• Attend meetings and conferences as necessary. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in computer software including Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically to find solutions to complex issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented and ability to manage financial aspects of projects.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel for project site visits and meetings as needed.

Requirements
Education & Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in project management, affordable housing finance, or related fields.
• Knowledge of real estate finance, including securing financing and subsidies.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, insurance, maintain a clean driving record, and the ability to travel as needed.
Physical Demands:
• Sitting for extended periods of time in front of a computer and on the phone.
• Walking and standing to inspect properties and attend meetings.
• Lifting and carrying files, documents, and supplies weighing up to 20 pounds.
• Occasional travel to various locations, which may involve sitting for extended periods of time during travel.
