What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Resource Specialist position at UPCAP?
UPCAP is accepting applications for a Full-time Community Resource Specialist . This will be a hybrid position with main office being located in Escanaba, MI.
The position requires:
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in information & referral field or as a public call specialist/receptionist.
- Strong communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong database, data entry, word processing, and electronic communication skills
- Pursue inform USA certification as a Community Resource Specialist
- Willingness to work some nights and weekends
- Must pass a criminal background check and have valid drivers license and proof of insurance
