Job Description:
This role focuses on empowering and enhancing the success of our sales team across all four lines of business: Mechanical Projects, Mechanical Service, Electrical Projects and Service, and Performance Assurance.
The Sales Enablement Manager will collaborate closely with our CRM system administrator to utilize and leverage existing CRM tools effectively. Additionally, this individual will create sales reports, track sales goals, evaluate sales manager effectiveness, and support market assessment and planning.
Main Objectives:
- To develop and implement effective sales strategies that meet the needs of our customers and drive revenue growth.
- To provide ongoing coaching and skill development for sales team members to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
