THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE MANAGER
You'll work a full-time schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional on-call responsibilities. While much of the job can be done remotely, you'll come into the office once a week to collaborate and lead your team effectively.
Your day will be all about leading, coaching, and empowering your team to deliver top-notch service. You'll focus on building a strong team dynamic by providing guidance, setting performance goals, and monitoring key metrics. You'll manage customer interactions to ensure their concerns are resolved quickly and professionally, always striving to deliver a positive experience. Conflict resolution will be part of your role, so you'll need to approach challenges with a calm and solution-focused mindset. Reporting on team performance and identifying ways to improve will be key components of your work, keeping our customer service operations running smoothly.
