Selling Branch Manager
Our Company is seeking an experienced Selling Branch Manager in the Staffing Industry to lead our branch. In this role, your responsibilities will include cultivating your sales territory through the nurturing of existing client connections and the acquisition of new ones to boost business growth. You will serve as a representative of our company, establishing a reliable presence with our customers while upholding our core values and policies. Additionally, this role offers the chance to lead a team in a dynamic and high-paced setting.
Salary
Competitive base salary based on experience plus monthly commission.
OTE starting at $100K in year one, with a strong ramp-up plan in place. After meeting initial milestones, you’ll be handed an existing book of business to accelerate your earnings and growth.
Selling Branch Manager Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve both personal and company-set sales targets.
- Regularly engage with current and potential customers, offering solutions as needed, and oversee all sales activities within your designated territory.
- Lead a team of recruiters to ensure timely fulfillment of open job orders.
- Submit regular reports on your sales activities through the company's CRM software and maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all leads and customers.
- Strictly adhere to all company procedures, values, and policies to provide an authentic representation of the company to potential and existing customers.
- Execute your duties with efficiency, identify opportunities to reduce costs when possible, and keep records of all job-related expenses for submission to the accounting department.
- Collaborate with the accounts receivable department to ensure prompt and full payment of all invoices by your customers.
Selling Branch Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- 2-3 years of outside sales experience required
- Strong closing skills
- Staffing industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making cold calls.
- Comfortable giving sales presentations
