Key Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting operations for multiple properties
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Implement and maintain accounting controls and procedures

- Assist with audit preparations and tax filings

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5 years of accounting experience, with demonstrated multi-unit property management expertise
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (required)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
