Quality Technician

Job Description:

The Portable Measuring Arm Programmer/Operator will program and measure parts to assist production in making conforming parts.

Job Responsibilities:

Report directly to the Quality Supervisor.

• Work with production personnel to identify nonconformances and suggest changes.
• Measure dimensions of products to verify conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments such as rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers.
• Understand customer prints –dimensions, features, written notes, etc.
• Communicate and work well with teammates to problem solve.

Qualifications:

Ability to read manufacturing fabrication blueprints.

• Excellent grasp of GD&T.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
